Yes we do. We accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna and Tricare East. 

All other plans are considered out-of-network. We will be happy to provide a receipt after each session, which you may send to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Before arriving at your first appointment, please contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if they will cover a portion of counseling costs as an out-of-network provider. You can find the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. If you have questions regarding our fee, please let us know.

Do you take insurance?

During your initial appointment, you can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere focused on understanding your unique needs. The clinician will likely begin by asking you questions about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. They'll also discuss confidentiality and informed consent, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Together, you'll collaborate on developing a treatment plan tailored to your specific concerns, setting the stage for a supportive and empowering therapeutic journey.

What can I expect in my initial appointment?

Please call 24 hrs in advance if you are unable to make your appointment so that we can schedule someone else for that time. A cancellation fee equivalent to the self-pay rate for your session will be charged for appointments not canceled or not canceled prior to 24 hours. Please note that we are unable to bill insurance for cancellation fees. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this policy.
