Our couples/marriage therapy approach combines specialized evidence-based therapies, such as the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy, with a strengths-based perspective. We believe that couples can heal past hurts, improve communication, learn to navigate life struggles together and achieve deeper connections and true intimacy. We understand that each couple is unique and brings to therapy their own experiences, dynamics and desires for change. It is our privilege to walk beside each couple as they gain a greater understanding of themselves, each other and reclaim the relationship they both deserve.
