Therapy is a collaborative journey focused on growth, healing, and discovery. As a counselor, Alex believes in supporting the whole person: mentally, emotionally, and physically. Everyone deserves a warm and supportive space where they feel truly heard, respected, and empowered to explore their strengths and challenges. Together, we will work toward meaningful change in a way that honors your unique experience and promotes well-being.
When I’m off the clock, you can usually find me
painting, tackling a DIY project, spending time
outdoors with my pup, or sipping on a cup of chai.
Coming from a big, blended family means I am
very familiar with beautiful chaos, lots of love, and
a mix of good food and music. As the oldest
daughter, my unofficial superpower is making
space for everyone’s voice to be heard and
keeping the peace.
Whether I’m diving into a new book or true crime
podcast, I’m a big fan of stories that keep me
guessing. I love how therapy (like a great story)
helps us explore the unexpected and piece things
together in new ways. At my core, I’m all about
creativity, genuine connection, and helping people
find their way.
