You are not alone.

In a time where you might feel alone, therapy can provide a safe and empathic environment to help navigate your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and emotions. Together we can create a safe space specific to you to encourage growth and self exploration. Through the development of goals and genuine connections, therapy can help begin your healing process.

Just a girl who makes her dog her whole personality.

Outside of the office you can find me in full dog mom mode with my mini golden retriever Millie. I love baking and spending time with friends and family. I am always trying to make those around me feel heard, seen, and validated. People pleasing is part of my personality. Seeing others happy makes me happy.

I have always been a natural listener and expressed deep empathy growing up. Providing a safe space for someone to feel heard and validated is very important to me. In a world that makes it so easy to feel overlooked and undervalued, I find it important to sit and be in the moment with those around me. I never want those to feel unheard.
