Therapy is a collaborative space shaped by your goals, values, and the changes you hope to create. Sessions focus on noticing what’s already working in your life, highlighting your strengths, and exploring steps that help you make progress toward your goals. Support and challenge are offered with curiosity, respect, and openness, allowing progress to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. Showing up for therapy is like setting foot on the beach before entering the waves—it takes bravery and marks an important beginning.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and dog mom to two energetic Australian Shepherds who keep life lively and full of laughter. I love sunny days on the boat with my husband, going for walks with my dogs on the beach, and curling up with a good book.
Fun fact about me: I have a major sweet tooth, and ice cream is non-negotiable—hot days, cold days, all of them.
