Authentic and genuine relationships serve as a healing space where clients can feel truly seen and understood. With a commitment to showing up with personality, empathetic understanding, and a touch of humor, my approach aims to create a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and self-discovery. By honoring each individual's unique experiences, the goal is to empower clients through a meaningful, personalized journey, using our collaborative relationship to facilitate lasting change.
One of the greatest honors is that I get to walk alongside clients for a part of their journey. My other greatest honor is that I am auntie to 4 kiddos who call me “Pretzel.” Don’t be surprised if you see pretzel decor in my office. When I am not working, I love reading for book club or being out and about in Wilmington. I can usually be found trying new restaurants or attempting to play golf (although I’m not very good–but hey, it’s for the fun of the game!).
A fun fact about me is that I have lived in 5 different states, including Wilmington, DE where I completed a year with AmeriCorps. I accredit this experience for being the catalyst leading me to become a trauma therapist and advocate for mental health care.
