You were created on purpose and for a purpose

Sessions are a space of grace where struggles can be shared honestly. Listening with care while also challenging you to create healthy habits and build meaningful relationships. This work is grounded in the fact that every person is created on purpose and for a purpose.

Rooted in faith, guided by love, and growing through meaningful connection.

I love being by the water with my husband, soaking up the sun and swimming in the waves. Time with family and friends is something I deeply value. I’m always up for a good laugh, meaningful conversation, or spontaneous adventure. I am passionate about helping others and at the heart of it all is a love for Jesus, which grounds and guides me.
I became a counselor because building meaningful relationships is important to me. I initially pursued school counseling because I loved the idea of being a teacher, but I craved deeper, one-on-one connections with students, walking alongside them through both challenges and growth. I’m excited to step into my role as a clinical counselor and the opportunity it will provide me to reach a broader population and continue doing the work I love
