This is your journey.

Each client has their own story, and the therapeutic journey is tailored to best fit the needs of that client. The therapeutic relationship between client and clinician is emphasized in an environment that is laid-back and client-centered. We move at your pace. Empathy, genuineness, and a tad bit of humor are usually present within my sessions. The goal is to connect with you, to truly know you, and to assist you in reaching your goals. This is a team effort.

Becca…What you see is what you get!

I enjoy being authentic with my clients. Who says you can’t be professional and outgoing at the same time? I am serious about the work that I do, but a laugh or two in session is good for the soul! It is truly a blessing to be a part of the healing journey of my clients.. I invest my role as a clinician in improving the overall well-being of my clients. But I am more than just a clinician! I am a dog mom to a black lab named Fisher. She is my little buddy! When I am not with her, I enjoy being active outdoors or at the gym. You can usually find me Carolina shagging to beach music during the week! I love some good music!

*Fun fact: I originally went to college to pursue a career in dental hygiene. I took an Introduction to Psychology course my first semester of college, and have been a nerd for it ever since! I enjoy continuing to educate myself in the field of mental health.
