Self-Esteem

Meet yourself where you are, with compassion.

Getting to know and accept yourself can be hard, especially when you’re used to putting everyone else first. Therapy can be a space to slow down, work through those patterns, and learn to give yourself some of the same compassion you give to others. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you make changes that feel realistic and meaningful to you. Growth doesn’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to get started.

Warm, genuine, and down-to-earth.

Outside of work, I love the little things – whether that is spending time with my husband, being with family and friends, taking our Yorkie, Charlie, on little adventures, or finding time to slow down. I love the beach, good food, coffee, and anything that gives me a reason to laugh. I’m someone who really values the people in my life and the little moments that make everyday life feel meaningful.
At my core, I’m a person who genuinely cares about people and loves hearing what makes each person unique. That has always been one of the things that drew me to this work. Being able to offer someone a place where they can feel safe, understood, and accepted is something that makes this career feel incredibly meaningful.
