If I am not in session, I am with my family and friends. I am probably trying a new coffee shop, reading, cheering on the Tarheels, at a concert, hanging with my dog, or going on a spontaneous adventure!
My heart for counseling comes from a desire to love as Jesus loves us. I want to help people navigate situations they never expected while creating a space to see the strengths already within them. I like to meet people where they are and offer a safe space where they can feel seen and supported.

Caitlin Clontz is a counseling intern at Reclaim Counseling and Wellness’s Burlington location. She also provides therapy virtually in North Carolina. Caitlin received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and her Bachelors of Arts in Education in Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Art in Counseling from Liberty University. Caitlin has previous experience working in the UNC Anxiety Lab, in hospital settings, and in private practices. She enjoys working with adolescents, children, and postpartum women.
