Healing begins with recognizing that you are enough, exactly as you are. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “broken,” it’s about discovering your strengths and unlocking new possibilities. When you learn to show up as your authentic self, without judgment, you open the door to transformation and growth. You are all that you have, and that’s more than enough to create the change you seek. You owe it to yourself to see how great it can get— because you’re capable of more than you realize.
I believe that a good laugh can make even the toughest days a little easier. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me curled up with a romance novel, binge-watching my latest TV obsession, or soaking up quality time with my family (and my sweet bunny!). I also love to travel and go to concerts when I’m not being a homebody. I became a therapist because, even as a kid, my friends would always come to me for advice, and I quickly realized how much I loved helping people find clarity and
direction, especially with relationships and communication. Fun fact: as a kid someone once dubbed me "P Harmony"—a mix of my
first name and E-Harmony.
