Healing and moving forward often begins by going deeper.

You know your story better than anyone else. You deserve a safe environment to explore how your lived experiences have impacted you and may be directing your beliefs, actions, and relationships. My hope is that by diving in, we can grow your self worth, decrease your anxiety, process life transitions and navigate relationship dynamics. Let’s discover the best version of you!

I run on black coffee, dinner parties, and briny air.

I grew up in Southern California as a Navy kid and made my way around the country before landing in Wilmington. Before joining the Reclaim team, I spent time running a nonprofit and working as a school counselor. These experiences gave me a soft-spot for anyone who is giving their time and energy to serving others in a variety of capacities.

I’m frequently found falling off surfboards, snapping my film camera, eating pasta, or asking for book recommendations!
