Imagine yourself in an inviting and safe environment where someone holds space just for you for an uninterrupted 50 minutes. You will feel heard, respected, validated, and receive constructive feedback, gaining greater understanding in a non-judgmental way. Prioritizing your mental health and emotional wellbeing is an act of self-love, and I would be honored to help you take that first step.
I take very seriously the privilege of being entrusted with my clients' greatest challenges and goals. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you work towards the healthiest version of yourself. I believe that the strength of the client-therapist relationship is one of the most important elements of successful treatment. I will be your biggest cheerleader and I'm not afraid to gently challenge you when needed.
I'm happiest when I'm in the sunshine with my husband and two children, eating chips and salsa, and listening to 90's country music. At my best, I would describe my personality as genuine, warm, and bubbly. My top 5 strengths on the Gallup Strengths Assessment were positivity, woo (winning others over), developer, empathy, and includer. I love people, I love conversation, and I love helping others, so basically, this is my dream job! I'm passionate about my faith in Jesus and enjoy incorporating faith into counseling if a client requests it.
