Sessions are a space to be real - no pressure to have it all figured out. Therapy is about feeling seen, heard, and supported! You should expect a grounded, steady presence in the therapy room and a focus on what actually matters to you. Together we can work towards authentic connection, trust, and making space for being human.
When I’m not working you can find me trying new hobbies or practicing old ones! Some of my favorites include reading (romance and fantasy are my go-to genres), working out, spending time outside, baking, and watching movies! I just recently started horseback riding lessons and have been having an absolute blast :)
As much as I love trying things away from home, I can also be a huge homebody. I love a chill night at home spending time with my dog, ordering takeout, and either watching the latest rom com or reading a book! I love movie and book suggestions if you ever have a good one to throw my way!
