The key to healing is creating a relationship with ourselves and others that helps foster compassion and hope.

We all have had experiences in our lives that have made us feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, alone or even broken. These experiences have caused a conflict within ourselves and have expanded to important areas of our lives. Adapting to these feelings is a challenge and reaching out for help is even more challenging. Change is a process but taking this journey with someone, in a safe and non-judgmental space, allows for the mind to start the healing process.

Connection is why we're here; it is what gives us purpose and meaning to our lives.

I approach therapy with my mindset of “what would I want for my own family and friends?” With this question in mind I strive for compassion and connection, engagement and insight & humor, creativity and laughter. I want to use these qualities so counseling becomes a journey of growth, laughter, and genuine connection.

When I'm not in the office, you'll often find me immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of a music festival with my friends or enjoying quality time with my family. As the group organizer, I thrive on planning and ensuring everyone has a memorable experience. These moments with the people I cherish deeply reaffirm my passion for counseling, reminding me of the impact meaningful connections have on our well-being.
