Thriving where you are, embracing what’s ahead.

A safe, and collaborative space is essential for you to explore complex emotions and life experiences. Therapy presents an opportunity for you to process present distress, uncover your strengths, and develop skills to utilize in real life. Together, we can explore your inner world through evidence-based practices and tailor treatment uniquely to you.

Soul surfing and riding the waves of life.

I find joy in life’s simple pleasures—whether it’s curling up with a mystery novel or trying out a new recipe. However, my happy place is by the water—whether it’s a peaceful lake or the soothing waves of the beach, even in the winter! I believe that finding peace can happen anywhere, as long as you allow yourself to be present.

Helping others find their own sense of peace and connection is what drew me to becoming a therapist. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but I believe that with the right support, we all have the ability to grow and thrive. My goal is to provide a space where clients can explore their
experiences and move toward meaningful change.
