Empowerment lives in the questions we
are willing to ask ourselves.

Not every story begins with a smile. Sometimes it starts with a sigh or a quiet moment of reflection. The hard stuff begins to fill the room, and together we figure out what to do with those emotions and experiences. Sessions are collaborative —blending creativity, playfulness, and moments grounded in respect and curiosity. Our time together moves at your pace, honoring what feels safe and what you’re ready to explore. Whether you are navigating grief, stress, or tricky relationships, this is a place to feel seen and heard. Every story matters, even the messy parts.

Personal growth occurs when we reflect on
the past, learn from our experiences, and
pivot to who we want to become.

When not in session, life is full of motion,
laughter, and a little chaos. With a husband,
two children and two beloved guinea pigs,
the days are layered with noise, tenderness,

and the exciting unpredictability of family life.
As a proud golf mom, weekends often mean
cheering from the cart path and celebrating
small wins. Art therapy is more than a
modality — it’s a personal joy, especially when
colored pencils and markers are involved. A
lifelong learner, she’s currently earning her
second master’s degree and finds a little time
for binge-worthy drama and true crime
shows once the house quiets. Her world
blends creativity, curiosity, and connection —
both in and outside the therapy room.

Helping people has always come naturally —
whether it was training coworkers in her
former career or showing up for friends and
family who needed a steady voice. After two
decades in the insurance industry, the career
shift into social work felt like a purpose she
had been seeking. Becoming a therapist
meant leaning into what she does best —
listening deeply, noticing what’s underneath,
and helping people find their way back to
themselves. Her goal is to help kids, teens,
and adults uncover their inner strength, feel
truly seen and supported, and move toward
growth with confidence and resilience. She
creates space for healing, reflection, and the
discovery of each person’s unique potential.
