When I'm not working, I find joy in exploring life's adventures. Traveling to new places and immersing myself in different cultures not only offers a fresh perspective but also shapes my understanding of diverse human experiences. At home, I find peace in beekeeping; there's something incredibly soothing about tending to my buzzing friends and connecting with nature. My family, friends, and our many pets are the heart of my life, creating a hive of love and laughter. These experiences enrich my life and keep me rooted in a genuine appreciation for the world around me, a perspective I bring to my therapeutic practice.
I was inspired to become a therapist because of my children's remarkable progress through their therapeutic journeys. Watching them grow and achieve new milestones ignited my passion for helping others. I learned to cherish the simple joys in life, which became the foundation of my commitment to creating a warm, understanding, and supportive environment where clients can feel safe and supported. My authentic approach to life helps me to mindfully create meaningful connections with my clients, fostering personal growth and well-being. Through genuine interactions, I am dedicated to empowering others on their journey to find balance and fulfillment, helping them discover the joy and resilience within themselves.
