As a therapist it is important to focus on placing the client at the center of the work. Every client is the expert in their journey and the therapist is there to help serve as a guide. Working with a therapist that places you at the center allows you to feel more connected to the changes made during your journey and makes the experience much more rewarding.
The best way to describe me is a human taco because there are so many very different characteristics that make me who I am. At times, I love doing things like taking a random trip or joining a running club where I don't know anyone just to be social. While other days, I love to snuggle up in a cozy blanket and have a good cry watching a romcom alone.
My friends describe me as the fun planner. I am the friend suggesting we do different projects or restaurants to try or sending out itineraries. I truly believe that life is all about putting together the ingredients you have and making something amazing just like a .. TACO!! I also just love tacos!
