Adolescents & Adults | Eating Disorders, Low Self Esteem, Body Image
The moment you step into my office, the journey to understanding disordered eating behaviors, where they stem from, and how to reclaim healthy control begins. Empowering clients and being able to provide tools that will help you embrace self compassion has become my mission as an eating disorder therapist.
Outside of my work, you can find me cuddled up with a good book and my pups. I highly recommend having two 90 pound lap dogs as a form of self care :)
