College Students & Adults | Pregnancy & Postpartum, Anxiety, Life Transitions
Motherhood is a time of transition and can bring a lot of joy as well as challenges. Also, navigating changes in your college years can be difficult at times. Supporting individuals through life transitions such as motherhood or starting college is very important and my passion is to help individuals achieve their goals and live a healthy and fulfilling life. Offering a non-judgemental and collaborative therapeutic approach is vital for creating change. Counseling is a place where you can be vulnerable and know there is no shame or judgment. This is your time and space.
