Life’s challenges can often leave people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next step. Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where their experiences are met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. While counseling often involves exploring difficult emotions and experiences, there is also room for laughter, humor, and moments of lightness along the way.
Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys and our many pets. We currently have a dog, rabbit, fish, axolotl, and flock of pigeons. I also love being outdoors, traveling, playing modern board games, and staying active in everyday life.
I have a down-to-earth personality that values authenticity, meaningful conversation, and being someone people can feel comfortable around. Walking alongside individuals through different seasons of life is something that feels both natural and important to me. Counseling aligns with my desire to help.
