The therapeutic relationship is key in the healing process and it is my pleasure to walk alongside you to explore not just “the why” but the "what's next”. Together we will explore real life challenges through the lens of compassion, connection and hope. Your story matters to me and together we can help you reclaim all that you were created to be: mind, body and soul.
Family and Faith are the utmost important to me. I married my high school sweetheart 43 years ago and we have 3 amazing adult children, and 6 beautiful grandchildren.
When I am not in session, you will find me spending time with my husband and our two miniature dachshunds, Izzy and Ollie. I love the outdoors and spending time with my family at the beach, mountains or on some other adventure.
Flowers are my love language and if there is a farm or zoo nearby you will often find me there. I love to laugh and believe that humor can play a very vital role in the healing process.
