I believe therapy is a safe place where anyonecan be themselves and talk about what’s ontheir mind. I love this work because I get tohelp people of all ages grow, build new skills, and feel more confident in themselves. Insessions, I show up ready to listen, understand, and work with you in ways thatfit your needs. Together, we can manage bigfeelings, solve problems, and find ways to
handle life’s challenges.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me chasing after my two energetic boys, ages 3and 5, along with our goofy golden retriever. I love trying new restaurants, going on hikes, and finding fun outdoor adventures for our little crew. I’m a bit of a crafter, enjoy reading ,and can’t resist catching up on Bravo shows. warm, accepting, and fun energy to my work
and to the people I spend time with everyday. I became a therapist because I love helping people grow, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges, while celebrating the unique qualities that make each person who they
are. Lately, I’ve been diving into the world of sourdough—because apparently, I like a little extra challenge in my life! I bring this same warm, accepting, and fun energy to my work and to the people I spend time with everyday. I became a therapist because I love helping people grow, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges, while celebrating the unique
qualities that make each person who they are.
