Empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges through compassionate collaboration and self discovery.

In my clinical practice, the focus is on fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Utilizing a collaborative approach, we work together to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Therapy sessions are tailored to meet unique needs, drawing from evidence-based techniques and various therapeutic modalities. The goal is to empower clients to navigate life's challenges, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth and resilience. Together, we embark on a journey towards healing and self-discovery, guided by compassion, empathy, and respect.

Mama Mode

When I'm not in therapy mode, I'm fully embracing my role as mommy to my energetic toddler. Trust me, she keeps me on my toes and fills my days with endless giggles and adventures. We're all about dance parties, getting messy with arts and crafts, and soaking up the sunshine whenever we can. Life with her is a whirlwind of joy and chaos, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Balance

Pouring back into my cup, I find solace doing things like listening to music, enjoying fresh air and sunlight, and the grounding practice of yoga. Some other things I enjoy doing in my leisure are listening to podcasts, and binge watching TV as a sense of entertainment.

Foodie

I am a foodie at heart. I find joy in the kitchen trying new recipes, or dining at restaurants enjoying my favorite cuisine.
