Adults & Couples | Transition to Parenthood, Anxiety, Life Transitions
With all the stressful, confusing, and difficult times in life we all need someone to come alongside us to help us navigate and find our way out of those moments. Therapy is helpful to have someone who is outside of what is happening in our lives, to help challenge and offer new insights. We all find ourselves stuck in the same unhealthy thinking patterns and need help pulling us out of the things that no longer serve us, so that we can become the people we dream to be, and have the relationships we long for.
I have lived in North Carolina for most of my life, originally from the Charlotte area and have lived in the mountains for the last six years. Outside of working with my clients, I enjoy long distance running, exploring new walking trails, baking bread, and playing with my very energetic GSP dog.
I have always been a person who was a natural listener and loved being able to listen and offer a space for others to feel heard and cared for. It seemed like a natural job for me to go and pursue becoming a therapist, so I could have a job that I loved and get to be there for others in the difficult moments of life and help support them along the way.
