Therapy can help people to slow down, become in tune with their emotions, both positive and negative, as well as know how to identify and support others’ emotions. The potential lasting results are becoming present-minded, living authentically, moving forward, and having healthier, fuller relationships with themselves and others.
In my free time, I enjoy being in the sun, visiting with friends and family, trying new forms of exercise, reading,traveling and initiating social gatherings.
Ever since meeting school counselors in middle school, I knew I wanted to become a therapist! I started out in a school counseling graduate program, and after two courses in, switched to the substance abuse and clinical counseling program. One of the best decisions I have made!
Lindsey Bradley, LCMHC, LCAS is a therapist at Reclaim Counseling and Wellness’ Wilmington location who also offers virtual sessions to those residing in North Carolina. Lindsey received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Wilmington and her Master of Science in Substance Abuse and Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University. Lindsey enjoys working with clients of all ages, ranging from adolescents to adults, who have unresolved trauma, self-esteem issues, addictions or loved ones with addictions. Additionally, Lindsey loves providing faith-based services to those who desire to further explore their spiritual and religious beliefs in sessions.
