College Students & Young Adults | Anxiety, Life Transitions, Self Esteem
Life is full of transition, that’s inevitable. Having somebody in your corner can help this journey feel a bit less confusing. Your 20’s and 30’s can bring about new challenges such as finding yourself, navigating career decisions, academic pressures, relationship changes, or personal growth. In a world full of societal pressure, we can all find ourselves overthinking, people pleasing, and fearful of the unknown. I’m excited to hold space for you and meet you where you are in your healing journey. Together, let’s help you live a life more in alignment with your truest most authentic self.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, North Carolina has become home to my husband and I for the last several years. Military life has taken us to Hawaii, Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia, so needless to say I have fallen in love with coastal living! I am a mama to two sweet boys and two fur babies who keep life exciting and adventurous.
When I’m out of the office, you will find me at the beach, making sourdough (if you know, you know), perusing farmer’s markets, and supporting small local businesses. I am a sucker for a good cup of coffee, beachside sunrises, and slow mornings.
