In each client is a unique story and commendable courage that allows for vulnerability. The more we invest in ourselves, despite how new it can feel, leads to lasting growth. In honesty, openness, and willingness, is the chance to let go of some things in our lives that we have outgrown or no longer serve us. By doing this, we make space for what is to come.
I got my degree in order to help people, while I am also learning how to help and better myself. Outside of the office I am a wife and a dog momma. I love making funky jewelry because Target wasn’t selling what I was trying to express myself with. I am convinced that belly laughter and concerts are some of the best forms of self care when I am able to share it with the people I love.
If you were to ask my friends, I can be the hype girl. This is for the same reason why I became a therapist, as humans we are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for. We deserve to honor ourselves and know that we can get from Point A to point B. Celebrating ourselves shouldn’t feel unknown.
