Clients can expect a space that feels grounding, supportive, and centered on their unique
strengths. Sessions are shaped by a person-centered foundation, using Motivational
Interviewing, CBT, and play-based approaches to help clients explore their thoughts and
emotions at a pace that feels safe. The heart of the work is helping kids, teens, and
young adults feel heard, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges.
Therapy is collaborative, creative, and tailored to meet clients right where they are.
Outside of counseling, I'm a wife and mom to three boys who keep life busy, loud, and entertaining! I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. We're always up for a new adventure, whether it's traveling, exploring new places, or trying something fun together.
I've always had a genuine interest in people and a desire to understand their stories. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of who I am and my passion for helping others feel heard, understood, and supported through life's challenges.
