Adolescents & Adults | Eating Disorders + Co-Occurring Diagnoses, Family/Parenting Dynamics, OCD, Anxiety
Like plants and the many things we find in nature, our mental health requires nurturing, attention, compassion, and kindness; and also like the many things we find in nature, without struggle we cannot grow, adapt, and learn.
Outside of providing mental health services, you can find me watching any and everything that comes on Bravo, or buried in a good book with my English Bulldog at my side. I’m a pro at lounging and practicing self-care in a cozy way!
When I’m not lounging, I can be found spending time with my husband and family, traveling, baking, and crafting.
