I was born in Texas but have lived most my life in the triad area of North Carolina. A few of my favorite things include going to the movies, bowling, and shopping. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends while traveling and laughing as a part of my self-care.
I became a mental health therapist out of a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. My journey towards this profession was driven by empathy and a commitment to assisting individuals with life’s personal challenges. Through education and training, I cultivated an understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques, equipping myself with the tools necessary to facilitate healing and growth. As a mental health therapist, I am dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their emotions, confront their obstacles, and embark on a journey towards self-discovery and resilience. My goal is to empower others to navigate life's challenges with strength, courage, and resilience, ultimately fostering a community where mental health is understood and supported.
