A strong therapeutic relationship is the heart of healing. Here you will find an environment where you can freely express yourself through creative interventions. When working with children and adolescents it is especially important for each session to be fun, creative, meaningful, and engaging.
Outside of being a therapist I am someone who is always up for a new adventure. My fiancé and I love to travel, last year we went to Guatemala and camped next to an active volcano, we even got to see it erupt! Our latest adventure is becoming parents. We are absolutely in love with our son and have enjoyed every moment of parenthood so far. We also have two cats and two dogs, our home is chaotic but filled with lots of love! Outside of my family life I love going to the beach, finding the best local coffee shops, strolling around antique and thrift stores, and listening to live music.
I grew up in a big family with five siblings. I was the typical middle child, always the peacemaker, problem solver, and loved to help. I carried those traits with me into adulthood and leaned on them heavily when deciding what career field I wanted to go into which was a huge influence on my decision to become a therapist. I have always been drawn to working with children and teens and find it so rewarding!
