Adults (18+) | Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Perfectionism, Relationships, Trauma
Sessions focus on building insight, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and learning practical tools to manage anxiety and burnout. This work is about finding balance and making space for both growth and rest as you navigate life's changes.
When not in session, you'll find me outdoors hiking, listening to music, or relaxing with my family and our animals. Reading is my go-to-way to unwind, and I'm always on the lookout for a new favorite book. The same curiosity and appreciation for connection that fill my everyday life also shape how I show up in therapy for my clients- genuine, grounded, and fully present.
