Children, Adolescents, College Students |  Anxiety, Depression, ADHD

Here to cheer you on while offering a space that feels calm, real, and safe.

Clients can expect a space that feels grounding, supportive, and centered on their unique
strengths. Sessions are shaped by a person-centered foundation, using Motivational
Interviewing, CBT, and play-based approaches to help clients explore their thoughts and
emotions at a pace that feels safe. The heart of the work is helping kids, teens, and
young adults feel heard, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges.
Therapy is collaborative, creative, and tailored to meet clients right where they are.

Outside the therapy room, Savannah is someone who leads with curiosity, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

Savannah is a warm, down-to-earth clinician who loves meaningful connection just as much as a good laugh. When she’s not in session, she’s probably watching a Disney movie for the hundredth time, cheering on her favorite football, basketball, or hockey teams, or enjoying a quiet weekend morning with her husband. She’s also obsessed with
her labradoodle, who firmly believes he is the center of the universe.

Savannah Jernigan-Gee, LCMHCA, is a clinician at Reclaim Counseling and Wellness,
offering in-person services at the Burlington location and virtual therapy throughout
North Carolina. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
from Liberty University, where she developed a passion for working with children,
adolescents, and college students. Savannah specializes in anxiety, depression, and
ADHD, and integrates person-centered counseling with Motivational Interviewing,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and play therapy techniques. She is dedicated to creating
a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel
empowered to grow and thrive.
