in-person at the Hampstead office
& virtual in north carolina

This is your journey.

My goal is to lay down the stepping stones and hold your hand as you gain your balance to take the steps towards a happier, healthier you. Someone who you love to look at in the mirror each day knowing that your past experiences have created a beautiful soul.
 effort.

I am a momma to 2 littles, married my best friend and love Jesus. When I am not in the office you can find me on the sidelines of a soccer field, chasing sandy kids in Surf City or sipping a fancy coffee drink in town. My husband and I are often mistaken as siblings and are polar opposites. He keeps me grounded and is my biggest fan. I am absolutely obsessed with scrolling aimlessly around Target.

I genuinely love people and thrive when I am able to help them overcome the unthinkable. I believe in deep conversations and digging deep inside to find what works and what hurts.
